You didn't get the P50 from BMS though did you? Inks, mugs etc. weren't bought from DSF, we're the discussion forum :-) We need you to clarify where everything was bought from to advice further.

got intuch with them but thay would not help or exchang printer becouse i had put the ciss on it and thay sead it was not sold with it .he was not very nice ???

Putting a third party CIS onto a new printer will invalidate the warranty. Where did you buy the printer?

NO I DID NOT GET THE PRINTER FROM BMS but got inks mugs and some other little bit and bobs from there. the printer and the ciss come from the internet sorry for any miss under standing

Have you tried ptting the original (non sublimation) cart's back in and get the printer working that way?

It is but the ink is coming out runny! Do you know what make of ink this is? Have yo been given a profile?

I had runny ink on texprint paper when use best photo and matt paper in options.
