I agree with Ian. I had no end of blocked nozzles with the D120, and have now converted to the S21. I've only been using it for a couple of months, but (touch wood) no blocked nozzles to report. Also used to get "cartridges not recognised" errors on the D120 at the most inconvient times (90% though printing an A4 for example). I had to remove the cartridges, re-insert them and then re-prime - the amount of ink I wasted! With the S21, it's only done this once.

I had just the same issues with my D120 all the time & got to the point where I just dreaded using it. I lost count the times I went to computer fairs buying spare chips for the cartridges too. I don't care what the so called experts say about the S21 as it is the best cheap printer I have ever bought.
