A quick question on displaying items .....

You can get a bit of an idea if you look in the background of any of the Conde videos with their display.

You know what Ian - I (also) always think how 'good' the display backgrounds look in their videos ................. pitty I don't have the cash to do the shop like that!

I used to think different images for a display but I remember at the P&P show a few years back, one of the suppliers had a display of the usual subli blanks printed up using the same brightly coloured design and it looked reall good...may still have a pic somewhere.

You know when you do a upside down mug, I sometimes use these in my three tier displays, you'd be amazed how many customers turn their heads to see what it is , i use this as a excuse to interact with them, I make little jokes about it being a mug for Australia. I also give them to customers that are not sure how they wash in the dishwasher, it achieves two things, good customer relations and most importantly another mug out of the cupboard and everybody happy.
