I know I'm not in UK now but we have a similar situation with some gift shops. We supply stock to them with our images on for the tourists and they get 20% on each sale. It seems to work as if they think they can put a premium on a product they can and sell it for more than we would. Its a good deal as we don't have the shop over heads and they dont have to pre pay for stock. A simbiotic relationship........

i dont do a comission price, i get all my shops to sign a pay per sale agreement saying i own all the stock (if they go bust then the stock is still mine and not administrators) and then supply them at a trade price.

i.e i sell them a mug at £3.25 and they can sell it for what they like as long as i get my 3.25 for example
