Its the longevity of the image that is important, if a client is paying for a product they expect it to last a certain amount of time, a cheaper mug in a dishwasher washed once and the image will fade ................i have used RN mugs and found them excellent but did have a bit of a problem with the listawood mugs a while back but i believe they have that sorted now .
