I had hat with a supplier, ordered a key ring sample - got a massive box turn up with sets of storage jars in - called him, and he insisted he had sent what i ordered, i took a photo on my phone and sent it to him, with a photo of the bar code ......... bar codes can be wrong apparently - i told him i know it was only supposed to be a key ring, he paid me back the postage to return them - eventually

I once bought something from a catalogue shop and was surprised at the size of the box. I remarked to my partner about the wastage with non essential packaging. When I got home it was something totally different and a lot more expensive.

It's unusual for Henry at Coralgraph to make those sort of errors. Give the guy his due though, if there is a problem he is quick to get it all sorted out for you.
