True, I met a guy who does embroidery I will see what he will charge to do it and recommend the customer to him. He is aware I'm new to this so I can't see it being a problem.

Only ever managed to print a couple of decent ones, by the time I'd got the scrap fleece material and wasted another in the process it just wasn't worth it....embroider!

Dan, you really need to avoid customers own garments the whole way along in your business, set the rules now while you are starting out, i know there is a tendency to say "yes" to everything, but get some simple basics sorted first, and not printing on customers own stock is a simple one, otherwise why would someone buy a £10/£12 polo from you when they can buy a £3 polo and you will charge them £3-£4 to put the logo on (im only guessing at charges)
