Not sure if this is the right section so mods move it if you like but, a neighbour has just come over with a scorpion that they found in their house and they have asked if we can encase it it something so that they can give it to their son who is...yes you guessed a scorpio. I know that there are resins and such but haven't a clue where to start with this. Anybody got any ideas? Thanks for any help. Richard

Does it need the work of a taxidermist first?! Maybe a box frame?

You need clear embedding resin. Epoxy, not polyester.

Good grief that was quick....how on earth did you find that bugnation link Justin? Is the embedding resin something that can be bought easily say from a hardware store or are there specialist suppliers. This is a whole new ball game for me.
