Re: ' C ' Handle Mug Suppliers - Please !!!

Does anyone know where I can now buy a mug like the one in the picture ? [ sorry quality is very poor ] Size is not so important 10oz or 11oz but it is the ' C ' shaped handle that I am looking for. I have searched around but all mugs now seem to have a slightly flattened handle. Any help is very gratefully appreciated as it is driving me crazy !
Loads of love,
Kaz.

You are unlikely to find a fuller "C" shape handle on a standard subli mug. Have you had a look at the Ashford as an alternative?

Hi smitch6 - Yes, I probably would never have known any different but I was supplied with 20 crates via my husbands friend who was giving mug pressing & I am now running low. I have tried to get my buyer to accept the flattened handles but they are insisting on ' same as ' before. Grrrrrrr…….

Hi Andrew - pretty much the same answer. I am keen to keep my buyer as they take everything I produce & sell via their shops in Sweden, but it seems impossible to find a ' plain ' mug like this now !
Thanks for the idea though. I have considered my own import from China but what I order & what arrives may be turn out to be different, so I am kind of reluctant to do so, as minimum quantities are quite high & both times I requested samples, both have sent diff. mug to pictured.
Maybe I should look at screen printing !

Lol,
Kaz.

Is it the same design you're printing over and over or individual designs?

Hi dazza8087,
I think when I started to print mugs I did buy a crate of these from BMS & they are bit different to the picture. They are however the best mug I have ever printed, very white, very straight & made my work very easy. I think I probably should have stuck with them but 20 free crates of mugs was too good an opportunity to miss.

Hi justin,
my current design line up is around 15 different designs. Mainly single coloured background with black animal figure. I think these would screen print very well & I am looking at some options as precise registration of the figure is not vital & I think with fairly basic equipment, maybe a cheap chinese cylinder printer I would be okay. However some of my most popular mugs are photos of my paintings & I think this would be pretty difficult or expensive to do via any other method than dye sub.
Plus I really like pressing mugs it's very satisfying.

Just wondered if it may beone of those occasions when outsourcing would get you exactly what you want for less money and probably higher quality.
