Hi, made t shirt with 5 different colours and fonts on it saying "put your logo here". Laid them out on the t and pressed all the vinyl in one go.
4 of the 5 vinyl stick great and the clear plastic came of a treat, but the blue vinyl would not stick to the t and the plastic backing would not come off the vinyl. It ruined all my hard work!!!
Why did this happen, was it to hot?

Re: Blue hotflex
Are you attempting to multi layer all colours in one go? This is what it sounds like from your post
If so, you need to be pressing each colour individually or else you will certainly stick them all together. I find that a shorter than usual press for each colour followed by a final press to just give everything that final push together works well.
Other suggestion....if you aren't multilayering, are all vinyls the same make? Did you try repressing the blue and peeling hot/warm/cold?

No I was trying to make a shirt to advertise that you can put your log on it, the vinyl went down the t in different colours. The vinyl came with the Robo, I bought it from MDP as a pack. The blue did feel different and I've only got enough left to do one more t till I buy some more.

Re: Blue hotflex
Was the blue material Vinyl or Flex? Presumably all the other materials were flex but was this blue stuff vinyl (i.e. with a sticky backing to it).

Re: Blue hotflex
If you are talking about the SKY BLUE hot peel vinyl from MDP, that colour has always been a pain in the butt for some obscure reason, as it appears to have a much greater bond to its backing than the other colours.
