Different inks I think as for the profile I think they both came from Paul.
Ride it like you stole it shiny side up.

Hi Steve, If you are using OSX on the mac then you put the profiles in Library / ColorSync / Profiles. If Paul has created a profile for you that ends with .icc and the mac doesn't recognise it then try renaming it with an .icm extension. You can always rename it back again if that doesn't work. I used to have a utility for converting pc profiles to mac when we were using os9 but it should be simpler now with the new OS. Hope this helps.

the profile is there which is where paul told me to put it
and its there when i go to print out it says the art profile

and i have tried all the settings paul said apart from 1 image which was for a windows pc

this is the profile shown on the print page

and the next page i then have to change the print settings to
epson matte
and photo or fine photo etc

but that globe i'm trying to print look black on the paper but one sub'd it comes out with blue in the middle instead of grey/black
