How is that mugsman, surely there's nothing stopping me putting a mug on ebay for say £5 or £6 then selling on my website for £8.00

sorry was meant to say cant sell it cheaper on website as i got told by ebay must of just ben one of the unlucky ones who got told

Isn't that called restraint of trade?

If I produce an item Ebay can't dictate to me how I sell my item outside of Ebay! Geez, they're getting like Tesco - World domination!!!

It’s also worth remembering that if you sell on Amazon they mandate that the price offered to Amazon customers must match or be lower than the price you offer the same goods elsewhere online.

Don't think ebay can stipulate what you sell your items for on your own website whereas you are going into a selling, or trading agreement, with Amazon.

So, it didn't really have anything to do with the prices your items were, it was to do with you breaching ebay policies?

and the only dictation ebay make about the sale price is that you can't have a buy it now for less than 99p
