Forum is Harder to Navigate

The new platform seems good, however, it doesnt have "Latest Post" feature where I can easily find all new posts since my last visit. Now I have to search the forum boards searching for post dates. I am a bit lazy and getting to the point (after a weekish plus of new forum use) where I cant be arsed, its too much effort. Can you incorporate the latest post feature with this platform?

Quick links, top left hand corner "New Posts" also "Unread Posts" etc.

Yes there's a navigation bar across the top, I need to change the colour to make this stand out. Click on Quick Links....Unread Posts to see posts made since your last visit.
