Ricoh SG3110DN - Can't resolve error - HELP NEEDED PLEASE!

Hi Everyone

We have a Ricoh SG3110DN, there's no paper jam or anything stuck that we can see, we've opened every part of the printer to check, no matter what we do, we can't get rid of the error, pressing the Form Feed does nothing either.

Can anyone help / have any suggestions? We're totally miffed by this and have got orders backing up and not really sure what to do!
