Sawgrass Service?

Is there anyone in the UK that services Sawgrass Printers?

I have a constant paper jam and have done all that they recommend without success. Printer was working one minute then not the next. I am waiting on Sawgrass support, but it would be helpful if there was someone who could just give it a service. It is a couple of years old, but I can't afford to buy a new one at the moment.

Any help/info would be appreciated.

Forgive me but that sounds like an oxymoron, sawgrass+service? Military Intelligence etc.

Have the initial suppliers been any use?

Justin, yes I know what you mean!

I have to report that Sawgrass has been quite helpful this time and I've sorted the problem. The paper sensor needed cleaning apparently, I've done that and it worked.
