Anyone print pillow cases?

Had an enquiry for std 50x70 pillow cases decorated one side. Quantity could be x500 and so I wondered if anyone here does these at their thing? At that quantity it's something I'd look to outsource. Thanks, Mark

I've printed cushion covers with good results, I'd be happy to buy a few pillow cases to try, what size print is required, just now I'm restricted to A4 but hoping to buy a bigger printer soon but I'd need a good order to justify having one, I'd certainly have the time to fill your order.

May be a better job for cut and sew, especially as only one side needs to be printed.
What kind of design is it ... full colour, or logo type design on white background?
What type of fabric smooth (satin?) Or fluffy (velet?)

They didn’t get back to me after quoting another part of their request and I haven’t followed up but it was to supply the pillow cases too, the design was colour, however it was spread out in bits over the area of a pillow case, not solid at all and with lots of empty space around it. Can’t reveal too much as it’s a MOD project. Yes print cut and sew might be an option for a manufacturer solution if someone has a dye sub wide format printer and sewing capacity

We do have wide enough and sewing, but hate designs which are colour detail on white backgrounds as the reject rate is too high from ghosting which isn't noticeable on full colour designs.

If it was full colour and not white background I woul dhave been interested.

They quoted but was more than expected, what if it’s full colour but that colour is a light one for the background, would you be interested in quoting? The customer did come back and asked us again. It just maybe I’ll end up quoting beyond their expectations. Thanks Mark
