I am not a fan of being spammed with loads of emails for product, but I do realise that it is also an invaluable tool.
Does anyone use email marketing as part of their business plane lease and if so how have you gone about it/
Also, what other marketing campaigns have you found to be the best way to drive traffito your website please, outside of SEO that is.

Re: Email marketingand other forms of advertising
I used to send out emails once a week with updates and new products etc.
But now i only send out emails when something is too good to be true comes up.
If i have a massive stock of something i need to shift, i will put on a special and send an email out but otherwise i don't spam people.
My personal email is 99.9% spam and newsletters.
Absolutely hate spam and never read it anyway.

Yes, we use email marketing, but we also don't forget about SEO. Keyword research, local SEO optimization, content creation: that's pretty much all we do.
These steps are all described in Gerrid Smith's SEO guide if anybody else is interested in SEO and doesn't know where to start.
