Epson ET-14000 mug paper not being accepted

Hi there,

I'm Currently having problems with the Epson ET-14000 not accepting the paper.

I am trying to print out on 100x240 mug paper, have the correct paper size settings on photoshop but it just won’t print on the paper.

The printer just feeds the paper through and out the bottom, the paper light on the printer turns orange and it says “paper out or incorrect loading” on the computer.

has anyone got any advice please?

Is it still processing A4 paper?

Make sure there is no dust inside the printer where the paper starts to feed through.

Has it accepted the smaller paper before?
