Yellow Glow around black text?

I am using the same ink, paper and printer as usual but just lately I've been getting a random yellow glow around black text.

This has happened on both a ceramic mug and a polymer decoration and I have tried different heats / timings.

What usually causes this?

What ink, paper and printer are you using? Do you see the glow on tne transfer before pressing? How is your nozzle check?
