Epsom SC F100 sizing issue

Hi all,

got the Epson F100 printer, the issue I have been getting is when I try to print on to an A4 it reverts back to a Mug size that I had used historically, I change the Document size to A4 when printing it reverts back to Mug size, getting frustrated, any suggestions please

Hi can I ask how you sorted your problem. Mine will not print the way preview shows. It's driving me crazy
