Thanks for that Gary, we've never really looking into the oven route of things as thought the costs to run would be too high. But, after hearing your results with 5005s it might be worth us giving the ovens a go.

Just to follow up on my pist, I believe the colour issues were down to my printer/profile. Switched to my 6 colour and the AAA's are all printing perfectly. Couple more smashed in the box which is a shame but on the whole they seem ok.

Justin - what 6 colour printer are you using out of interest and do you rate the colour matching with your profile top notch? Finding it impossible to find anything better than the old SG400's for matching artists work even with a custom profile.

Still using the 1500's at the moment but will be buying either the L1800 or the 18100 ideally.
Profile we have works extremely well, most of our work is photos, not artist level work but don't have any issues.

Xpres appear to have a buying limit in place. A maximum of two boxes!

Really? Why on earth! Would be nice if someone let us know. I've been waiting to hear from them regarding smashed mugs and another matter, if they ever get back to me I'll ask about this new limit!

Just about to order mugs, will have to go elsewhere if that's the case. Sounds like rationing to me.

Wondering if it was a glitch, seems to be allowing me to put more in the basket this morning.

I test the handle in my ear and listen for any movement. My rep was here a couple of weeks ago and I told him to sort the outer boxes out. They are now sending them in strong double sized boxes. Bloody heavy!
