Since I killed my pc and had to replace it I have reinstalled everything but never got to the bottom of my issue.

For my graphtec I use scal5 pro and it’s been great without issue for years.
Now after I reinstalled it I go to cut a saved design and it shoots out a good 4 inches of media before it cuts.
I have changed almost every setting I can think of.

the only way to stop it is to move the design to the bottom of the page rather than have it at the top as it’s always been.
seems ok I suppose but when I have a thousand designs and I forget to move it it’s frustrating.

Im sure there’s a setting to make the cutter work from the top of the page down rather than the bottom up.

On the cutter page the blue arrows are pointing down into the cutter and I’m sure I had them pointing up and outwards before?

Im not sure why my photos are upload the wrong way around?
but these blue arrows on the image show the direction of vinyl flow.

so before the word “cut here” would have been at the base of the arrows and not at the top of the sheet.
