Another versaworks issue

I now have a yellow exclamation mark over my yellow ink.
it’s even over the printer icon in vw but on the bn20 utility it’s fine.

There’s no help on the help files and I have over 40% ink remaining.

It doesn’t normally give a warning until 20% ink but could this be because I have reinstalled vw in this new machine?

Although that wouldn’t explain why vw has mark and bn20 utility doesn’t. ??
