Epson F6300 , Edge Print Software Serial number issue

Hi guys hope someone can help me on this , we bought a Epson F6300 sublimation printer second hand (nearly new) , Epson edge print soft wear came with it . When I tried to install it its saying already used serial number , Is there a way to install the software with out a issue serial issue ?. any one of you know an answer to this please ?. Ive already asked the ppl I bought it, to uninstall from their end and de register and they are saying they did that already . Bit clueless lol Please share any thoughts . Thanks

We have the same a few years back. You need to get the code from the previous user, otherwise it's £1000 for the licence It won't install without. Luckily when i bought mine 2nd hand it was from an Epson dealer and they issued a new code for us.
