Re: Coralgraph
Hi, does anyone know if Coralgraph are closing. No standard white mugs on their site and no one answering emails. The mugs I get from them suit me to a tee, but not sure if they are still trading. Anyone heard anything?
Also, can someone advise how I can get hold of a handful of mugs from Neil Brothers - they won't sell me a few to test and I don't want to spend £300 on mugs if I haven't tested them
Any advice would be helpful

Re: Coralgraph
Coralgraph are notorius for not responding to emails. Obviously make your own decision but we stopped using them many years ago due to poor service.
Neil Bros do have a minimum order I'm afraid. Maybe someone on here uses them and would be willing to sell you a few?

Re: Coralgraph
I use Neil Brothers quite a bit and never had an issue with their mugs, nice mug and always printed really well. If you do not want to spend £300 (plus VAT and Delivery) then have a look round for whoeever sells Orca coated mugs as this is the coating used on NB mugs.
I print using Inktec Ink from Ink Experts on their Versa paper in ovens.

Re: Coralgraph
Thanks, I've always had good service from Coralgraph and usually get a response to my emails. I'm sure that Neil Brother mugs are good, I just want to test them with my set up. If there is anyone on here who would sell me some to try I'd be grateful.
I'm off on holiday for 2 weeks not, so hopefully Coralgraph will be back or I will buy from Neil Brothers then. I have an MDP near me, but their mugs are not as good for me.
thanks all

I believe both MDP and NB both are Orca coated so surely same mug? I have tried both but went straight back to 5013 Xpres.

Re: Coralgraph
Similar mugs but a slightly different size and packaged in different boxes, so I don't believe they are coming out of the same factory.UK Printed Mugs;152094 wrote:I believe both MDP and NB both are Orca coated so surely same mug? I have tried both but went straight back to 5013 Xpres.
Re: Coralgraph
Neil Brothers are great quality Orca mugs. We haven't got any left at the moment. We buy pallets from them when our own mugs from China are out of stock. From their packaging, we may have the same supplier in China.

It seems Coralgraph no longer respond to emails - you have to use the contact form on the web site.harlequeen;152082 wrote:Hi, does anyone know if Coralgraph are closing. The lack of mugs is a concern - their Rhino coated mugs are my preference.
My alternative is Listawood. These print very well, but are just that little bit smaller and therefore not ideal for the smash-roof boxes that I use - as they don't fit as snugly.
Re: Coralgraph
I've had that problem with smaller mugs and resolved it by a piece of bubble wrap 6"x2" rolled up and placed on top of the mug. When the lid id down, it holds it in place and stops the rattle.

Hi
Do you know if Coralgraph still trading?
Their mouse mats 220mmx180mm are the best, they are not answering on what's App or emails since last year.
Thanks
