Hi everyone,
I print mugs, coasters and other stuff!
I use Canva to make my designs, but I am having some problems with printing them.
I am using an Epson L805.
All the designs are the same colour background, with 2 pictures and some words.
I put in the background, then the words, then the pictures.
Everything was printing perfectly on the mugs, but I changed the size to fit the mugs better and remade the designs from scratch to fit the coasters and this is where the problem started.
Now when I print, the background on some of the designs is coming out a slightly different colour, which is obvious when I sublimate onto the coasters etc
I have not changed anything except the sizing - the background is the same, as are the words and pictures.
Does anyone know what might be happening? Even designs which printed perfectly are now discoloured. Nothing has changed except I remade the designs, exactly the same elements but different sizes.
Any help would be much appreciated!

When you say a different colour, what should it be and how does it look when printed? I assume you have the icc profile installed. I don't use Canva but again assume it can use profiles?
Bear in mind printing onto different surfaces can give you slightly different results, cearmic vs wood etc.

Hi Justin
It should print as a marbled green background, and always did until I redid the designs in a slightly different size. Now, a few of the designs are coming out with a slightly more goldy background.
They don't look awfully different on the sublimation paper, but they do once heat pressed. It's not all the designs either, some still work exactly as they did!
I don't think it's anything to do with the profiles as surely the designs would all print wrong, not just random ones? Happy to be corrected though as I'm sure you know much more than I do!

Never rule anything out
Sometimes a missing profile or a ticked/unticked box can make some designs look very different whilst others remain unchanged, the wonderful world of Sublimation
First things first, check all of your settings, then check them again. Check if any of the designs are CMYk instead of RGB etc.
Do you use any software other than Canva? What inks and paper are you using and who provided your profile?

I only use Canva. Inks are Sublinova and paper is Ink Experts. I've been using these since starting.
I'm off to check all of my settings now, thank you for taking the time to answer me
