Hi

Thanks for all the help on the (now closed) thread.

I wanted to let you know that Coralgraph sorted the problem out, sent me a free set of pre filled sublimation ink cartridges and we've run a few test mugs that have printed out better than we had hoped.

Just want to publicly thank Henry (and the rest of you on the forum too) for helping us loose our sublimation virginity!

Job done...

thats the good news. free sample ink give you idea whats sublimation is all about and you know if you like it and if this is the way to go. the purchuase whole ciss.

Yep - all working and we sold our first mug online last night! just another 49 to sell to get to break-even point ;-)

another pat on the back for coralgraph :)
they just helped me with my ink problems well done
what a difference it made having good ink rather than the other rubbish i bought off ebay for more money

Is Colorgraph the website or the ink manufacturer. ;) Just read previous post so embarrassed. Look before you leap comes to mind:(
