What you guys do about Royal messing up ..

We are facing huge issues due to Royal mail strikes, they are slow , lost items and and you cannot predict what they will do as there are another 3 days to come in the busy time , We currectly use CLR 24 but just changed to Track 24 and added that 2.99 to the customer . Which reduced our sales down by 30% so far ..
I hate you Royal mail , but still you are the cheapest for large letters ..lol

We swear a lot and just send out and hope the ones that arrive outweigh the ones that don't. I think we will be claiming a lot from PO for lost items.

We normally upgrade from Tracked 48 to 24 this time of year. This year, we're using DPD on days RM have been striking.

My biggest problem is getting inward deliveries. Some of the couriers are struggling to cope with adding RM deliveries to the existing sesonal rush. Seems to be totaly hit and miss - some stuff arrives next day, some goes 'missing' for a few days.
