Text very faint
Re: Text very faint
Hi all;
If you look at the mug I've just printed and the image I used, you will see that the text at the top is very faint.
Does anybody know why this is, also the red is a lot brighter than the actual image and his skin has a different tone
I print directly from Photoshop and let photoshop do the colour handling.
Thank you

Re: Text very faint
What printer and inks are you using? Your supplier should have provided an ICC profile to allow you the correctly print the correct colours.
Re: Text very faint
The printer I have is an ET14000 and using Sublisure ink, I did ask Ink Experts if I need to use their ICC profiles and they said not really if I'm just doing mugs. Is this incorrect?
Re: Text very faint
The label says Sublisure and they came with the printer

Re: Text very faint
No need to apolagise at all, I've noticed they do have ICC profiles on their site, will see if they make any difference.
