Heat presses all the same??

Interested in opinions on the current heat presses on the market
I'm struggling to see what the difference is between
Signzworlds basic mugpress at £80
Xpres at £130 MDP at £145 and
Listawood at £199??
The components looking identical and all seem to reputable suppliers so what am I missing here?
Is there any advantage to buying a machine over double the price with the same components or are they different
I'm sure each company will say there's is better but why? Is there any real world differences like in the heat element etc or is it what colour you like?

Signzworld and MDP are the same press. We use half a dozen as elements are cheap to buy.
