Hi all,
I just ventured to pressing hats. and biggest issue i found is darker colour hats leave that shine on the fabric of the hat.
I use piece of fabric as a protector between hat and the heat element but this shine is still there. has anybody got any tips, tricks to avoid it pease?

Hi Paul. Try putting a small piece of silicon mat between the element and the transfer/cap. I use a thin silicon that I bought in a craft shop.

Re: pressing hats
I had this at first but since using Siser and a much lower temp I do not get it anymore.
Try reducing your temp down to the lowest you can "get away with".
If not I would say grab some Siser and press for 5 seconds
