Aluminium Business Cards

Hi All
Hope you are all well.
A couple of questions please regarding aluminium business Cards.

I have a couple samples here from different companies (rather not mention names)

Sample 1.
when I do a full photo coverage to the edge, the print rubs off the edges when placed in the wallet, any ideas as to why is is happening?
Then I did a white border and it looks better, probably better to do this.

Sample 2.
found another set from another company, rounded corners looks below average.

Any recommendations where I can buy decent sturdy metal cards, with perfect round corners, and prints does not rub off on the edges?
Single and double cards please.

I use these as gift cards for my daughter's sweet shop. Print great and have had no problems so far. I print them double-sided in one pressing ...
