Mac and affinity ICC issues

Hi I’m desperately in need of some help/advice. I have replaced my windows and Photoshop for an IMac and Affinity photo software and have downloaded and installed the relevant ICC profiles but the colours aren’t printing correctly. Blues are printing green and vice versa and other colours are not as they should be. Could anyone give me any advice on how to solve this as I can’t get hold of Ink experts until Tuesday

Never used Apple devices (since 1987!) but I understand that there is an ongoing issue with Mac o/s not recognising custom ICC profiles. Ink Experts state so on their own website.

Try City Ink Express youtube channel. There is lots of advice on using the Affinity programs on there. Also advice on installing ICC profiles on the Mac. I know they are different profiles and are for their inks and papers, but the procedures should be the same.
