A3 sub Printer with A3 Scanner

Hi all
I'm after some advice about which all in one printer to buy. I used to have an HP officejet A3 printer and scanner and an Epson A4 sub printer. As the HP has finally died, I'm looking to replace both as an all in one so I can scan A3 artwork then print A3 sub from the same machine. Epson seem to have goodish reviews, but any advice/warnings from you would be greatly appreciated.

If you already have access to an A3 scanner I would put all of my budget toward a better quality photo printer, such as the Epson L1800. The print quality and added colour gamut of six colours will pay dividends with your wifes artwork.
