Just curious really, are your go to mugs 10oz or 11oz? Any particular reason why you stick with the size you use?
Until just before Christmas we always went for 11oz mugs. They look better in my opinion, but over Christmas we tried out XP5013's which are 10oz. We actually found the XP5013's held more liquid than the 11oz but they do look small next to the 11oz mugs.
What size mugs do you print?

Always use XP5013 10oz. Over the years out research has shown vast majority of customers prefer the slightly smaller size.

Yep 10oz here too.
I sell them as they fit in the polystyrene mailers and the size difference is negligible.
I read on here once most customers don’t even realise there’s different sizes and so it’s not an issue. personally I don’t give the option of size other than the small kids size.
