I have just joined the forum, because I am tech support for my daughter's business.
I worked for 25 years in the copier/printer industry, first as an engineer, then IT, and finally because IT director at a SME.
I retired in December 2018, and thought I was done with printers, but my daughter now uses a Ricoh SG3110, currently with Sawgrass ink.
She also has a second hand SG7100 which I am going to try and convert to DS.
Most of my past experience was with Laser printing.
