Bubblewrap marks on slate

Hi all (im new here)

I have some sublimation slates that seem to have bubblewrap marks on them (looks like little sticky circles but obiously not sticky)

Just wondering if theres any tips on how to get rid of them?

Not seen that before ... can you post a photo?
Have you tried isopropyl alcohol wipes to clean them?

In addition to the questions above is this before or after printing the slates?

Never seen this before and we do print a fair few slates. That said, we swicthed supplier recently due to low stocks elsewhere and the newer ones come with a small sheet across the face of the slate, maybe this has been am issue in the past. Where do you buy from?
