Aadkins Omega Series 750 issue

Hi,

I am having a weird issue with the Omega Series 750 Heat Press and I hope someone here can help. When I turn on the press and the compressor, the air starts to coming of the bottom of the pressure controls on the press. I have left it for 6 mins and nothing happens just continuous air coming out from the bottom. The thing I noticed is that if I plug the hole for 1.30 mins the pressure goes up and once past the 0.4 mark the air stops rushing out from the bottom and the press starts to work like normal. Does anyone have any ideas why this is and what I can do to fix it?

I have contacted Aadkins but thus far have got no response.

Any help would be much appreciated.
