Hi everyone,
I’ve had my Ricoh 3110 for years which has now given up and had to replace it with the sawgrass SG500. I’ve just printed one of my orders and the colours are totally different to my old printer. Have I done something wrong or maybe a blocked nozzle? Left image is my old Ricoh, right is sawgrass
thank you in advance

Re: Colour change
I am sorry to say that the SG500 is rubbish for colour matching. We ditched two of the printers after only one week because of this and also because they cannot be used with a custom ICC profile (hours spent with Sawgrass support on this!). Another friend of mine with a larger company also ditched the SG500. We basically started buying up as many SG400's as we could which allow for custom ICC and gave a really close colour match to original artwork. The SG500 probably ok if you're selling your own designs and customers do not know they are not accurate but if you're selling other peoples designs printed on a mug then not good enough.
Re: Colour change
Thank you for your reply. That is not good news. I’ve got to match the old prints. My Ricoh was putting random cyan lines down the page. I tried multiple head cleans and nozzle checks and nothing worked. This couldn’t of happened at a worse time coming up to Christmas.
