I just purchased a sublimation oven and wondered how you guys load and unload mugs from the oven?
In testing I have been doing 24 at a time (12 on each shelf) and been getting good results so far but I think it would be much easier with a baking tray of some sort?
My main concern for a baking tray is if it's solid it would hinder the convection inside the oven and create cold spots, so wondering if one with holes or something exists.

It is out of stock it looks like and who knows if it will fit your oven but this tray is used by the sublimation oven sold by Xpres. It will give you an idea of the type of tray that would work best perhaps:

Thanks, that has holes so I think it's probably best to find something similar to keep the airflow.
I've got this oven:

I was just wondering what other people are using, if they put them directly on the shelf or use trays?

That's the same oven we have as well - and must admit been pondering on the same question for a few months as well
Re: Baking Tray for Sublimation Oven
We use 3 BC01 ovens at present and we've always used them with solid baking trays. There has been multiple debates between myself and a friend about whether the solid trays hinder airflow. One thing you could try would be a pizza tray as they generally have holes in the bottom.
We've actually just bought two of the ovens that Xpres sell along with the baskets to go with them so will be interesting to see if they work better (in my opinion, the baskets at xpres wouldn't fit your oven as they are big enough to hold 16 mugs).
