Hi im new here.

I'm looking at the Neil brothers site with mentions minimum order £500.

for shipping it states a pallet from £25 upto 14 boxes so does this mean its 14 boxes per pallet?

They use quarter pallets upwards depending on how many boxes. You order via email and they will quote you postage after you place an order.

If your order is between £300 and £500 then you can order and pay via their other web site which has "free" pallet option - https://sublimationdirect.co.uk/ The prices on this web site are slightly more than BuySublimation.co.uk BUT actually we find that because you have to pay for the pallet on BuySublimation then prices are very much the same - depending on how big your order is of course.
