Hi, Quick question that someone will hopefully have the answer to...
I use an Epsom ET-2600 (occasionally), Not used it for a few months and when i did a test print CMYK the yellow is none exsistant. In fact I've drawn the ink out of the reserviour and its almost bright red.

Playing devils advocate here but often the yellow isn't visible unless under a certain light or magnification.
Could be worth printing onto something a different colour to check.
That said, if you've drawn the ink through and it's red theres something very wrong.

Yes mate, Ive drawn the in through a syringe and it really could pass for a blood sample! Honestly, Its red!! lol
I even wondered if the Magenta has some how back filled into the Yellow but I dont even know if that possible

So it’s been printing fine then turned off left and then turned on months later and it’s red?
no topping up of inks no draining the inks or anything else other than the red syringe.
if that’s the case it sounds like cheap Chinese ink.
either way you will need to flush the whole system out ALL ink lines.
