No ink on paper, new Epson ET-2720

We’ve added the sublimation ink, installed drivers, linked up the printer but when it prints no ink is on the paper at all. Has anyone had this? Done nozzle check, cleaned print head a couple of times, done test print. It seems to go through the motions of printing but nothing is on the paper *

Hoping we’ve just missed a really obvious setting or something.

Presumably this is a brand new machine, in which case when you first turned the printer on did it spend about 10 minutes filling the tubes etc?

You could try a one off power clean, but only if you have not done any head cleans for at least 12 hours, although I personally would wait until Monday and speak to the supplier.

I’ve set it going on power clean already now but my partner (who added the ink) just said it did that 10 minutes new printer pfaff before the sublimation ink was added, so I think that’s the problem.

Will power clean fix this anyway? If not what do you do to start off that filling the tubes process again?

Power clean fixed it but probably a waste of ink.
