To remove pizza wheels, try to use fast-drying paper. Epson paper on roll warks for me.
We're using Epson sublimation paper.

It's the speed, not the size. To print any kind of dark image onto a cushion limits us to 3 cushions an hour with their recommended settings. When we mentioned that our old Ricoh could print a 13x19 sheet in 2mins, the response was: 'why didn't you buy another one of them then?'

The printer that the F500 is based on has been sold as a commercial plan/poster printer for years. The ink is the same as Epson uses in its larger pro printers. Why is the F 500 a hobby printer?

It mat not be a full scale 'production' printer - designed to be used all day everyday - but it is still a medium duty commercial printer.
The engineer is telling lies. I would be inclined to threaten epson with a complaint to Trading Standards if they don't offer you a refund. Epson needs to change their advertising if they don't think the F500 is good enough for commercial use.
