Ricoh 3110 Front Cover replacement / Head cleaning Problem

1. Does anybody know where I can get hold of a replacement cover for the ink carts, can't seem to find anywhere that does them?

2. Has anyone had a problem with the black/cyan print heads as I am having to clean those particular heads every other day, magenta and yellow have never had to be cleaned even after the machine has been sat for a couple of days not in use?
