Epson B1100 Problems

Hi guys,
Got a new B1100 with CISS system.

Awhile ago it indicated it had non-Epson carts and refused to print. The missus phoned BMS and they took her through a reset.

Unfortunately she can't remember the sequence and it's just done it again on me!!

I've tried removing the carts, re-installing, press reet button for so many seconds but it still won't recognise the carts.

Any ideas??

try take them out and in again without switching your printer off. make sure they in properly.

Done that lots of times. Same results!!
