Is there anywhere on the web I can find templates for different items please? I think by luck I found the 10oz/11oz mug one but items like phone cases, different sized frames etc.

There no guarantee that the templates you found are suitable for your own items. Your equipment, technique and the actual blank will determine which sizes you can print to. Create your own in your editing software and experiment.

Cheap a4 scanner ... scan the actual blank to make your own templates.

... We do scanning for upholstery just with a bigger scanner! ... get the pattern cutters to cut the fabric panels as guides with a repeat pattern on them, take them to local ProntoPrint, and they large format scan them for us. We then patch them back together in Photoshop, using the repeat pattern as a guide for being able to fit them together, and then can lay out furniture upholstery panels for our designs.
