Ralawise new site - any problems?

Anyone used Ralawise since the new site came online?

I got all the emails and got access to the new site. In Chrome it doesn't allow me to select quantities but works in IE. Neither browser allows me to Checkout, just in an endless loop!

Anyone else having issues?

I had the same issue when the first launched the site.
Spoke to customer services and theygot it sortedpretty quick.
I use Firefox.

I use Chrome & Firefox and neither have caused any problems with Ralawise.

Must be an issue with my account which would seem strange. Same issue on several PC's now and also my Mac.

The problem is their end, not yours.

Problem solved. A N Other company cancelled their account and unfortunatly someobody put the wrong account number in and deleted us instead! Charming!
