Can any one recommend a good quality sublimation htv I have been looking at siser and subli but also noticed there’s something called flock that allows you to sublimate cotton I think any one shed any light on this

I coudn't honestly say I would recommend any as giving a good sellable product. Most that I have tried have been very disappointing and very thick.
It is a shame, because if there was a good one then we wouldn't need to use a solvent printer.

ye I watched a few videos and they did look very thick with a solvent printer is the printable htv about the same thickness as standard htv vinyl that you cut with a plotter

Some is much thinner than htv. Most is about the same a a good htv.
The downside is that the cheapest solvent printer is the Roland BN20 which is nearly £5k+ vat.
