I'm having problems getting hold of BMS to discuss purchasing a mug press from themselves.
Am I missing something?

What does that tell you
Imagine that’s a big order your trying to chase up that hasn’t arrived or is incorrect.

Customer service is everything.
If they can’t answer emails or a phone move on there are a lot more companies out there especially those here like xpres and others.

Mdp are fantastic you can’t go wrong.

BMS name was sold last year and from talk on here then basically new owner has not put their head above the parapet. Leave well alone and indeed find more solid suppliers.

Not that i use them much,but have spoke to one of the new owners from time to time (Shafi) and not had any issues, even opened up for me on a saturday to collect some things (im reasonably local now that they are in bolton)
